Hi, I’m Britt - Founder and Chef at Scratch.
Food has always been at the centre of my life — it’s how I express creativity, care, and connection.
Before starting Scratch, I spent years working in restaurants and hospitality, and later in marketing and event production, where I discovered how much I love bringing people together through shared experiences. Cooking has always been my favourite way to do that. Scratch grew out of that passion as a chance to share my perspective that food is elemental, an expression of love, and one of the simplest ways we connect with each other.
